titleOfInvention Separation method of indium and tin using organic solvent
abstract A separation method or separation / recovery method for extracting indium and tin from a solution containing indium and tin using an organic solvent with good separability is provided. SOLUTION: An oxidation-reduction potential of an aqueous solution containing indium and tin is kept positive (oxidized state), and is under strong acidity with a pH of zero or lower, preferably under strong acidity with an ORP of +0.15 V and pH minus 0.3 or lower. The method for separating indium and tin, wherein the tin ion is selectively extracted into an organic solvent by contact with an ion-exchange organic solvent and separated from indium ions in the aqueous phase, and the organic solvent in which indium and tin are separated Or a method of recovering indium and tin from an aqueous solution.
