titleOfInvention | Cleaning composition for hard surface |
abstract | Disclosed is a cleaning composition that can be used regardless of the liquidity of a polishing liquid and is excellent in removal of particles polished on a hard surface. SOLUTION: Nonionic surfactant (A) represented by the following general formula (1) 0.01 to 30% by weight, organic phosphonic acid or a salt thereof (B) 0.1 to 30% by weight, aromatic carbonization Hydrogen-based sulfonic acid or a salt thereof (C) 0.1 to 30% by weight is blended. R-O- (PO) m- (EO) n-H (1) (In the formula, R represents a linear or branched alkyl group, alkenyl group or aromatic hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, PO represents propylene oxide, EO represents ethylene oxide, and m and n represent average addition moles. (M is a number in the range of 0 ≦ m ≦ 20, n is a number in the range of 0 ≦ n ≦ 20, and m + n ≧ 2) [Selection figure] None |
