abstract | The present invention relates to a technology for improving fuel consumption by using a gasoline additive mainly composed of functional water. In a first step of producing an ore powder mixture, ore or the like 0101 is mixed as a powder 0102 at a predetermined mixing ratio to obtain an ore powder mixture 0103. In the second step of filling the ore powder mixture, the ore powder mixture is packed into the container 0105. In the third functional water production step, water 0104 is held in a water tank 0106 disposed close to the container for a predetermined time. Finally, in the gasoline additive production final process, trehalose and other 0108 are mixed at a predetermined ratio with the functional water 0107 obtained by taking out from the water tank after a predetermined time has elapsed to obtain a gasoline additive.
