PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-beautifying composition having a novel component capable of suppressing hyaluronidase, ceramidase, collagenase gene expression and thereby preventing skin aging. The features of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems are as follows. 1. A hyaluronidase gene expression inhibitor comprising a yuzu seed extract as an active ingredient. 2. A ceramidase gene expression inhibitor comprising a yuzu seed extract as an active ingredient. 3. Collagenase gene expression inhibitor comprising a yuzu seed extract as an active ingredient. 4). Above 1. 2. The hyaluronidase gene expression inhibitor described in 2. above, Or the ceramidase gene expression inhibitor described in 3. above, or 3.
