abstract |
Mass production of a morpho type structural color developing body at low cost. The surface of the original substrate is roughened by polishing the surface with an abrasive or the like, and scanning is performed while irradiating a femtosecond laser to form a fine structure on the original substrate. Thereafter, the fine structure is transferred to the metal substrate 11 by electroforming. The surface of the metal substrate 11 is blackened, and a dielectric multilayer film is laminated thereon to form a morpho type structural color light emitter. [Selection] Figure 1 |
