titleOfInvention | Polyvinyl alcohol film and use thereof |
abstract | A colorless and transparent film having high light transmittance, particularly high light transmittance in a blue region, and uses thereof. A polyvinyl alcohol film characterized by having a light transmittance of 90% or more in the entire visible light wavelength range of 360 to 700 nm and a YI value of 0.5 or less. (A) preparing a polyvinyl alcohol resin aqueous solution by dissolving polyvinyl alcohol resin in water in a dissolution tank made of stainless steel containing 12 to 20 wt% Cr and 6 to 11 wt% Ni; and (B) The polyvinyl alcohol film of the present invention can be produced by a step of forming a film by a casting method using an aqueous polyvinyl alcohol resin solution.
