abstract |
An object of the present invention is to find a microRNA effective as a tumor growth inhibitor and to provide a new tumor growth inhibitor and a pharmaceutical composition for cancer treatment. A tumor growth inhibitor comprising as an active ingredient at least one microRNA having a base sequence represented by SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 19 in the sequence listing. A pancreatic cancer growth inhibitor comprising, as an active ingredient, at least one microRNA having a base sequence represented by SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 5 in the sequence listing. A colon cancer growth inhibitor containing, as an active ingredient, at least one microRNA having a base sequence represented by SEQ ID NOs: 5 to 19 in the Sequence Listing.
