abstract |
[Problem] To provide a hair cosmetic composition and a hair cosmetic product that are easy to enhance foamability. An oxidative hair dye is made into a foamy dosage form at the time of use, and is applied to hair in the foamed dosage form. The hair coloring product includes an oxidative hair dye 10 and a closable container 20. The oxidative hair dye 10 contains an amphoteric surfactant and is foamed by being foamed by shaking of the oxidative hair dye 10.
