abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a solidified body in which expansion of a steelmaking slag having a pulverization rate exceeding 2.5% is suppressed to prevent cracking and collapse, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: (A1) One or both of blast furnace slag fine powder and (A2) cement are 15 vol% or more and 60 vol% or less, (B) 40 to 50 vol% of mud with a moisture content of 70 to 250% on a mass basis. %, And (C) steelmaking slag having a maximum particle size of 5 mm or less and a powdering rate exceeding 2.5% on a mass basis includes 10 vol% or more and 50 vol% or less, and the water content is 30 vol% or more and 60 vol% or less.
