titleOfInvention | Method for producing optically active lignan |
abstract | The present invention provides an efficient method for synthesizing optically active sesamolin and sesamolin metabolites. An optically active acylated samine can be induced to optically active sesamin by reaction with Grignard reagent, etc. after obtaining optically active acylated samine using lipase for samine, which is a synthetic intermediate of sesamorin. Moreover, the optically active samine obtained at the same time can be used for the synthesis of asalinin (a component of saicin, a Chinese medicine) that has an enantiomeric relationship with naturally occurring sesamin, sesamolin, and the like.
