titleOfInvention | Rotation unevenness reducing method and rotation unevenness control apparatus |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to easily reduce rotation unevenness in a driving device. A rotation unevenness control device 10 according to the present invention includes a control device 7 that receives a control command signal and controls the rotation of a drive device 5, and calculates a correction signal that cancels the rotation unevenness of the drive device 5. And a correction control device 10 that adds the correction signal to the control command signal of the control device 7. A frequency detector that includes a rotation detector 9 that detects the number of rotations of the drive device 5, and the correction control device 10 calculates the frequency, amplitude, and phase of rotation unevenness by analyzing the number of rotations detected by the rotation detector 9. 11 and a correction signal calculation unit 12 that obtains a correction signal that cancels the rotation unevenness based on the frequency, amplitude, and phase of the rotation unevenness.
