abstract |
An individual electrolytic capacitor having high heat resistance while maintaining high capacitance and low ESR is provided. A solid electrolytic capacitor 10 is wound by interposing a separator carrying a solid electrolyte 13a between a porous anode foil 11 having a dielectric layer formed thereon and a cathode foil 13b. The solid electrolyte 13a includes at least a conductive composite having a cationized conductive polymer and a polymer anion, and 7% by mass or less of moisture. [Selection] Figure 1 |
