DNA-based aptamer for human cathepsin G |
abstract |
Disclosed is a non-peptide inhibitor of cathepsin G characterized by a high level of selectivity. SOLUTION: AG / TC molar ratio of 1.0 to 2.0. (GT) n or (AC) n oligopolymer where n is greater than 30. (T) where n is greater than 60. Cathepsin G-inhibited aptamers characterized by being n or (G) n or (A) n or (C) n or (inosine) n omopolymer. Use of the cathepsin G-inhibited aptamer in the treatment and prevention of inflammation and procoagulant conditions. [Selection] Figure 1 |
