titleOfInvention | DNA marker for discrimination of Tokyo brand pork Tokyo X and its use |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA marker for discriminating Tokyo brand pork Tokyo X and to provide a method for discriminating Tokyo X using the DNA marker. [Solution] The present inventor has succeeded in developing 104 polymorphic markers (polymorphic markers) in which alleles are fixed in all maintenance pigs of Tokyo X, and in general pigs and black pigs. Furthermore, using the polymorphic marker developed by the present invention, Tokyo X was actually discriminated with a discrimination rate as high as about 98%, and the present invention was completed. By using the polymorphic marker of the present invention, it is possible to easily and efficiently discriminate Tokyo X. [Selection figure] None |
