Touch screen input device and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract |
A resistive film type touch screen is provided which has excellent durability and does not deteriorate visibility due to Newton rings. A first substrate 13 and a second substrate 11 disposed so as to face each other, and a first conductive film 14 and a second conductive film formed on opposite surfaces of the first substrate and the second substrate, respectively. 12 and the zinc oxide thin film 15 formed in the first conductive film and oriented in the c-axis direction, the touch screen input device is caused by mechanical deformation applied to a region of the second conductive film. An electrical change of the zinc oxide thin film is recognized by the first conductive film, and position input is performed. Since there is no air layer, generation of cracks due to bending and generation of Newton rings are suppressed. [Selection] Figure 1 |
