abstract | The present invention relates to a resin composition for normal pressure cross-linking foaming suitable for the production of a cross-linked foam having a high expansion ratio, a method for producing a cross-linked foam using the resin composition for normal pressure cross-linking foaming, and a higher impact strength. A method of producing a highly crosslinked foam is provided. A resin component containing the following ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (component (A)), a crosslinking agent (component (B)), and a pyrolytic foaming agent (component (C)). The resin composition for atmospheric pressure crosslinking foaming contains 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of component (B) and 1 to 50 parts by weight of component (C) with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin component.
