abstract An object of the present invention is to produce a flexible porous film having both high softness and resistance to tearing. A coating solution containing a polymer compound and a solvent is prepared. Apply to support. A coating film is formed on the support. A coating solution is applied so that the solid content K (g / m 2 ) per unit area in the coating film is 0.5 or more and 50.0 or less. After the condensation is formed on the coating film, the coating film is dried. A porous film 10 is obtained. A plurality of holes 11 are formed only on one surface 10 a of the porous film 10.
