The present invention provides a crosslinkable nitrile rubber composition that is excellent in scorch stability and can provide a crosslinked product having excellent heat resistance, ozone resistance, and wear resistance. A carboxyl group-containing nitrile copolymer rubber (A) having an iodine value of 120 or less contains a nitrile copolymer rubber (b1) having an iodine value of 120 or less and an inorganic peroxide (b2).
