abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch excellent in transdermal absorbability and storage stability of a free basic drug. The patch of the present invention is a patch comprising a support and a paste layer laminated and integrated on one surface of the support, and the paste layer has an antihistaminic action. Since it contains 1 to 30% by weight of a free basic drug, 1 to 30% by weight of a fatty acid having an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 8 to 22 carbon atoms, and 50 to 98% by weight of an adhesive. It is possible to transdermally administer a free basic drug having a continuous antihistamine action. [Selection] Figure 1
