titleOfInvention | Sound absorbing material |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To use meta-type wholly aromatic polyamide fibers having not only heat resistance but also acid resistance, excellent balance between breaking strength and dimensional stability under high-temperature atmosphere, and as a result, excellent long-term durability. Provide sound absorbing material. SOLUTION: A porous coagulated yarn is obtained by wet spinning using a specific coagulation bath, followed by plastic stretching at a specific magnification, and further by performing a specific heat treatment in saturated steam. Meta-type wholly aromatic polyamide fiber is used. Specifically, in the sound absorbing material in which the skin material and the nonwoven fabric are laminated, the content of the low molecular weight component having a molecular weight of less than 10,000 is 1.0% by mass or less as the main component of the fiber constituting the skin material. A meta-type wholly aromatic polyamide fiber having a residual solvent amount of 1.0% by mass or less, a dry heat shrinkage at 300 ° C. of 3.0% or less, and a breaking strength of 3.0 cN / dtex or more is used. .
