abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a laminate having a hard coat layer having excellent surface smoothness and antifouling performance such as fingerprint resistance, and a cosmetic material using the laminate. In a laminate in which a hard coat layer is provided on at least one side of a substrate, the hard coat layer comprises (A) 100 parts by mass of an ionizing radiation curable resin and (B) a non-fluorine-based and non-silicone-based lipophilic oil. 0.1 to 5 parts by mass of an antifouling agent and (C) a non-fluorinated and non-silicone surface modifier 0.001 to 0.01 parts by mass, and a laminate, A decorative material formed by laminating a colored layer and a decorative material formed by laminating a pattern layer from the base material side between the base material and the hard coat layer.
