abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a high-purity pearl layer separated from a shell of a salmon without manual operation. SOLUTION: After heating the sea bream shell, it is immersed in water and rapidly cooled to make a crack between the pearl layer and the ridge pillar layer, and then the sea bream shell is immersed in an acidic solution to form a ridge pillar layer in the cracked portion. Calcium carbonate is decomposed and removed, and the nacreous layer is separated from the shell of the cocoon. [Selection figure] None
