Electrolytic solution for electrolytic capacitors |
abstract |
Disclosed is an electrolytic solution having high conductivity and good high-temperature life characteristics, and having improved leaving characteristics of an aluminum electrolytic capacitor. An electrolytic solution containing a water-soluble aluminum complex in which a solvent containing water as a main component and phosphate ions are combined is used. The water-soluble aluminum complex to which phosphate ions are bound is an electrolytic solution in which the mixing ratio of the phosphate ion-generating compound is adjusted so that the molar ratio of chelating agent: phosphate ions is from 1:10 to 1: 1. . Citric acid, gluconic acid or the like is used as the chelating agent, and adipic acid or a salt thereof is used as the solute. [Selection figure] None |
