titleOfInvention | Method for producing toner for one-component developer |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a toner for a one-component developer in which toner is not fused to a regulating blade even in long-term printing and aggregation is suppressed. A toner manufacturing method sprays a spray liquid, in which crosslinked resin fine particles are dispersed in a volatile liquid by applying ultrasonic vibration, onto toner base particles that are in a fluid state in a powder flow path. A spraying step of forming a crosslinked resin fine particle-attached toner by attaching the crosslinked resin fine particles to the surface of the toner base particles, A cross-linked resin fine particle fixing step of applying an impact to the cross-linked resin fine particle-adhered toner to fix the cross-linked resin fine particles on the surface of the toner base particles to form a cross-linked resin fine particle fixed toner.
