titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of silvered leather-like sheet |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a silver-finished leather-like sheet that has a texture and flexibility with a sense of unity, has a high-grade appearance without uneven glossiness, and has a fullness close to that of natural leather. A foam coating layer is formed by applying and drying a liquid obtained by foaming a polyurethane aqueous dispersion 1.5 to 4 times to at least one surface of a base layer composed of a fiber-entangled nonwoven fabric impregnated with polyurethane arbitrarily. Then, a polyurethane non-woven fabric is laminated and integrated with the foamed coating layer, and then a method for producing a silver-finished leather-like sheet is provided.
