titleOfInvention Molding method and molded body of liquid crystal polyester resin composition
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably produce a molded product excellent in mechanical properties such as Izod impact strength and heat resistance, which can suppress the occurrence of hanger sagging and molded blisters during injection molding of a molded product having a small gate cross-sectional area. A method for forming a liquid crystal polyester resin composition that can be used. SOLUTION: The method for molding a liquid crystal polyester resin composition of the present invention comprises 40.0 to 70.0 parts by mass of liquid crystal polyester (A) and a primary particle size of 0.1 when the total amount of the composition is 100 parts by mass. 2 to 55.0 parts by mass of an amorphous or spherical powder (B) of ˜1 μm, and a plate-like, fibrous or spherical filler (C) 1.0 to 15 having an average diameter of 20 to 300 μm A liquid crystal polyester resin composition containing 0.0 part by mass is molded by an injection molding method through a gate having a cross-sectional area of 0.05 to 1.00 mm 2 .
