titleOfInvention | Sludge odor elimination method and sludge decomposition method using metal oxide mixed composition |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for decomposing and removing sludge odor and a method for decomposing sludge by using a metal oxide mixed composition. SOLUTION: Without requiring any heat in the production process, silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, iron oxide, potassium oxide, titanium oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, sodium oxide, manganese oxide, and a trace amount of barium oxide. A so-called geopolymer composed of a metal oxide of chromium oxide, chromium oxide and phosphorus oxide is mixed into the mesh cylinder 4 and put into the malodorous sludge. Each of these metal oxides easily decomposes bad odor and sludge generated from waste sludge and livestock manure into biogas and moisture. Also, sludge can be decomposed in a short period of time by adding 5% to 70% of crushed shells to concrete mixed with geopolymer and producing it as an algae grass plate in a so-called sludge area on the seabed as a fishing reef.
