abstract |
The present invention provides a method for increasing the production of amino acids from Corynebacterium species by amplification of amino acid biosynthetic pathway genes in host cell chromosomes. [Solution] In a preferred embodiment, the present invention provides a method for increasing the production of L-lysine in a host cell chromosome. The present invention also provides a novel process for the production of amino acid acids by amplification of amino acid biosynthetic pathway genes in the host cell chromosome and / or by increasing promoter strength. In a preferred embodiment, the present invention provides a process for increasing L-lysine production in Corynebacterium glutamicum by amplification of L-lysine biosynthetic pathway genes in the host cell chromosome. The present invention provides novel isolated nucleic acid molecules for the L-lysine biosynthetic pathway genes of Corynebacterium glutamicum. [Selection figure] None |
