abstract To provide a method for breeding and re-differentiating the genus Tigaya which can efficiently propagate the genus Tigaya such as Tigaya. A method for growing Tigaya is characterized by comprising a growth step in which a multi-plant callus of the genus Tigaya is grown in a medium supplemented with a combination of 2,4-D and BAP. The proliferation of the plant genus according to claim 1, further comprising a plant body redifferentiation step in which the proliferated calli callus is cultured in a medium supplemented with a combination of gibberellin and kinetin, and the plant body is redifferentiated.
