PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel chemiluminescence reaction system and to provide a method for measuring the concentration of a substance to be detected which can measure the concentration of the substance to be detected contained in a sample with high sensitivity. A chemiluminescent reagent containing an iron phthalocyanine complex 5 and an oxidant 4 generates chemiluminescence when the iron phthalocyanine complex 5 and the oxidant 4 react with each other. By measuring the emission intensity in the presence of the substance to be detected, the concentration of the substance to be detected can be obtained from a calibration curve obtained in advance.
