[PROBLEMS] To provide a heat-shrinkable laminated film excellent in heat shrinkage characteristics, transparency, interlayer adhesion at room temperature, hardly peeled even when processed at high temperature, and suppressed whitening that occurs when the film is bent during processing. . A heat-shrinkable film having an adhesive layer of a mixed resin composition of a polyester resin and a polystyrene resin between a front surface and a back surface layer of a polyester resin and an intermediate layer of a polystyrene resin. The thermal shrinkage rate in the main shrinkage direction when immersed in warm water for 10 seconds is 20% or more, the polyester resin content is 40 to 80% by mass with respect to 100% by mass of the mixed resin composition of the adhesive layer, and bending is performed. After the processing, the size of the gap generated in the adhesive layer within 5 mm around the bent portion is set to 10 μm or less when contracted 10% in the main contraction direction in 90 ° C. warm water.
