titleOfInvention | Active substance generator |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide an active substance generating device that generates an active substance capable of oxidatively decomposing an organic substance from a photocatalyst material and releases the active substance into a space for purification. As a photocatalyst, titanium (IV) oxide in which halogen is chemically bonded and oxo acid is contained is used. By irradiating the titanium oxide (IV) with ultraviolet rays by the light source 3, active oxygen species such as hydrogen peroxide and halogen oxides such as hypochlorous acid are generated on the titanium oxide. Can be released into space. It reacts with odorous substances floating in the space and microorganisms such as bacteria adhering to the solid surface to obtain deodorizing or sterilizing action.
