titleOfInvention | Method for evaluating the ability of nanomaterials to oxidize biomolecules |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for quickly and accurately evaluating the oxidizing ability of nanomaterials against biomolecules. A method for evaluating the ability of nanomaterials to oxidize biomolecules, comprising: (a) preparing a sample by mixing nanomaterials and biomolecules; and (b) preparing at step (a). The sample is left in the dark, exposed to a predetermined light condition and then left in the dark, and measuring the light emission of the sample is performed under different light conditions and / or measurement conditions, and measuring a plurality of light emission amounts; (C) a step of calculating an evaluation value based on the plurality of light emission amounts measured in step (b); and (d) an ability of oxidizing nanomaterials to biomolecules based on the evaluation value calculated in step (c). Evaluating the method. [Selection] Figure 1 |
