abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide vinyl chloride that has a good plug-opening property, sufficiently suppresses a lubricant from dropping into food contents, has little influence on the coating thickness of a sealing material due to variations in coating amount and curing temperature, and has corrosion resistance. A plastisol composition and a twist cap for food bottling using the same are provided. (A) Vinyl chloride resin, (B) 45 to 65 parts by mass of a plasticizer with respect to 100 parts by mass of vinyl chloride resin containing bis (isononyl) cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylate as an essential component, (C) A foaming agent, and (D) a lubricant containing 0.5 to 1.0 parts by mass of lecithin with respect to 100 parts by mass of vinyl chloride resin, and 5 g of vinyl chloride plastisol in a 50φ metal dish The sealing material obtained by applying the composition and baking at 210 ° C. for 3 minutes has an A hardness of 70 to 85 measured at 25 ° C. using a JIS K-6301 TYPE A hardness meter.
