titleOfInvention | Molecular chaperone inducer composition and cancer inhibitor composition containing the same |
abstract | Provided are a molecular chaperone inducer that is safe and effective even in a small amount, and a safe and reliable cancer inhibitor composition. A molecular chaperone inducer composition and a cancer inhibitor composition derived from a natto extract. The molecular chaperone inducer composition is prepared by homogenizing natto and then centrifuging, adding nitric acid at a saturated concentration of ni% to the supernatant, and centrifuging it into the precipitated Pi and the supernatant Si. An operation of adding ni + 1% ammonium sulfate and centrifuging (i is an integer of 1 or more, and 0 <ni <ni + 1 ≦ 100) is obtained by extracting a fraction component having a molecular chaperone-inducing action from the precipitate obtained. In particular, by this operation, ammonium sulfate in the range of 30% of the saturation concentration was added to the supernatant and centrifuged, and ammonium sulfate in the range of 50% or more of the saturation concentration was added and centrifuged. It is preferable that it is a fraction component which is not substantially contained in the liquid. [Selection figure] None |
