abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing an ALC having little variation and satisfying a compressive strength standard even when C / S of a main raw material varies. SOLUTION: Water and aluminum powder are added to a fine powdery main raw material consisting of a siliceous raw material such as powdered silica and a calcareous raw material such as ment powder and quicklime powder, and the mixture is poured into a mold as a slurry. In a method for producing lightweight aerated concrete that is foamed by reaction of aluminum powder and semi-cured by reaction of calcareous raw material, and then subjected to high temperature and high pressure steam curing with an autoclave, the molar ratio of CaO to SiO 2 in the main raw material is C / S.
