The present invention provides a technique called pulse multi-line excitation or PME, which realizes a novel fluorescence detection method applied to high-throughput identification of SNP that provides useful information, accurate diagnosis of genetic diseases, risk sensitivity Provides better prediction of, or identification of sporadic mutations. PME technology has two major advantages that significantly increase fluorescence sensitivity: (1) optimally excites all fluorophores in genomic assays, and (2) over standard wavelength-resolved detection “Color blind” detection that collects a great deal of light. This technique differs significantly from prior art DNA sequencing instruments that feature single light source excitation and chromatic dispersion for DNA sequence identification. Implementing PME technology can be widely applied for routine use in clinical diagnosis, forensics, and general sequencing, and has the potential, flexibility, and potential for targeted sequence mutation assays for the majority of the population. It has portability. [Selection] Figure 1 |
