titleOfInvention Biomolecule-immobilized substrate, biomolecule transport substrate, and biochip
abstract The position, density, patterning, and arrangement of biomolecules immobilized on a substrate can be highly controlled, the fluidity and stability of the immobilized biomolecules are high, and the physiological functions of the biomolecules are deactivated. It is an object of the present invention to provide a biomolecule-immobilized substrate, a biomolecule transport substrate, and a biochip that have a low risk of causing high productivity. A biomolecule-immobilized substrate in which a lipid bimolecular film is formed on a substrate main body, and a biomolecule is immobilized on the lipid bimolecular film. A biomolecule transport substrate in which a predetermined pattern comprising a hydrophilic portion and a hydrophobic portion is formed on a substrate body, and a lipid bilayer membrane on which biomolecules are immobilized is spontaneously developed on the surface of the hydrophilic portion. A biochip using the biomolecule-immobilized substrate 1 or the biomolecule transport substrate. [Selection] Figure 1
