Disclosed is an oral pharmaceutical composition in which an unpleasant taste derived from ibuprofen is masked and the dosage is good. Furthermore, the present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration that has reduced irritation from ibuprofen and has good dosing properties. It comprises ibuprofen, sucralose, and grapefruit flavor. Furthermore, it preferably contains a sugar alcohol, preferably a granule, an orally disintegrating tablet or a troche.
