PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle-shaped fine powder having high conductivity and suppressing a decrease in conductivity in an alkaline atmosphere, and having a low surface resistivity and a total light transmittance of a coating film using the needle-shaped fine powder. Provided is a fine powder of acicular tin oxide that can be increased and the haze value can be lowered. A conductive acicular antimony tin oxide fine powder containing germanium, having a minor axis average particle diameter of 5 to 100 nm, an aspect ratio of 5 or more, and antimony based on tin. The conductive acicular antimony tin oxide fine powder is characterized by containing 0.1 to 10% by weight and containing germanium in an amount of 0.1 to 10% on a mass basis with respect to tin.
