abstract [PROBLEMS] To prevent deformation of a sealed portion due to impact during handling or transportation when a scintillator panel is attached to a photoelectric conversion panel, and with a low deterioration rate of sharpness and a specific failure occurrence rate in a moisture resistance test. Provides a scintillator panel that does not break or peel off the sealing part. A scintillator panel having a substrate and a scintillator layer provided on the substrate, wherein the substrate and the scintillator layer are disposed on the scintillator layer side, and a second protective film is disposed on the substrate side. By a protective member that is sealed with a protective film, the outer periphery of the scintillator panel is made of ears formed from the protective film, the X-ray absorption is 5% or less, and the thickness is 10 μm to 1000 μm.
