titleOfInvention UCP1 expression induction method
abstract A method for inducing UCP1 expression that does not require treatment by a doctor or administration of a drug. A method for inducing UCP1 expression is characterized by increasing the expression of UCP1 by applying a local or whole body thermal stimulus to improve the heat production ability. Such energy consumption by heat promotes burning of excess fat and sugar, thereby suppressing fat accumulation in the living body and leading to prevention and improvement of various pathologies and diseases caused by obesity and fat accumulation. As the thermal stimulation, it is preferable to apply a thermal load from the outside to the site (organ / organ / tissue) or the whole body where UCP1 expression is increased in humans or animals.
