A method of manufacturing an electronic device having a surface and an end surface substantially orthogonal to the surface and having a surface state different from the surface, and having a cured film only on the end surface, the method comprising: A step of forming a coating film of the liquid only on the end face by applying a solidified moldable liquid having a contact angle smaller than the contact angle with the surface continuous with the end face so as to be in contact with at least a part of the end face; and A step of curing the coating film to form a cured film.
