abstract | Provided is a light diffusing film which is excellent in light diffusibility and can be produced with high productivity. A polymer material is dissolved in an organic solvent to prepare a solution having a viscosity at 25 ° C. of 0.5 to 100 Pa · s. The solution is cast on a support and has a relative humidity of 60%. Under the above atmosphere, by evaporating the organic solvent of the cast solution, water vapor condenses on the surface of the cast solution, and by evaporating the generated fine water droplets, a hole having a circular shape whose opening surface is distorted.
