abstract Disclosed is a non-petroleum thermoplastic resin composition having excellent moldability, and a polymer containing a cellulose derivative used for obtaining a molded article having excellent heat resistance and surface appearance. Cellulose is obtained by polymerizing a monomer component (b) having (meth) acrylate (b1) as a main component and having a glass transition temperature of 60 ° C. or lower in the presence of a cellulose derivative (a). A method for producing a derivative-containing polymer, wherein the mass ratio of the cellulose derivative (a) exceeds 10% by mass (provided that the total of (a) and (b) is 100% by mass).
