abstract An aneurysm clip forceps for holding an aneurysm clip without gripping force and detaching the clip biting part from the clip following closing of the clamping part of the aneurysm clip by gradually increasing the gripping force. An aneurysm clip forceps 20 includes a pair of non-crossing opposing levers 22 and 24 that can rotate with respect to a common fulcrum shaft 25, each of which is gripped on one side from the common fulcrum shaft 25 and has a handle portion 22b. , 24b, and the other side is clip holding portions 22e, 24e having jaw portions 22d, 24d for receiving the looped spring portion 2 of the aneurysm clip 1 in the recesses 22c, 24c and biting the pressed portions 5a, 5b. In a state where the aneurysm clip 1 is held by the clip holding portions 22e and 24e, the clamping portions 4a and 4b of the aneurysm clip 1 are brought into the spring force of the loop-shaped spring portion 2 by the urging force of the closing leaf springs 26 and 28. In the open state, the clip gripping portions 22e and 24e are gradually opened and the sandwiching portions 4a and 4b are gradually closed as the grip handle portions 22b and 24b are narrowed.
