titleOfInvention Collagenase activity inhibitor
abstract The present invention provides a novel collagenase activity inhibitor and a cosmetic containing the collagenase inhibitor. A collagenase activity inhibitor containing a tea flower extract and a cosmetic containing the collagenase inhibitor, which have not been known to have an effect. The tea flower is a tea flower part belonging to the genus Camellia belonging to the camellia family, and may contain pistil, stamens, sepals, flower shafts, leaves, buds and the like in addition to petals. By using the collagenase activity inhibitor, it is possible to obtain cosmetics, foods, and the like that are effective in suppressing collagen degradation and preventing skin aging.
