PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcapsule having a high content of a coating film repairing component and having an excellent balance between mechanical strength and brittleness and suitable for the production of a self-healing coating film. A microcapsule for a self-repairing coating film comprising a liquid coating film repairing component and a shell film encapsulating the coating film repairing component and ruptured by stress to release the coating film repairing component. The shell film of the microcapsule includes at least a nylon polymer film and a polyurea polymer film formed inside the nylon polymer film. The polyurea polymer film includes a hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer and the trimer. The polymer is polymerized from a mixture of trimer-modified products containing a multimer in which two or more trimers are combined in a single structural unit. [Selection] Figure 1 |
