abstract |
A method for forming a conductive polymer electrolyte having a low LC and a high breakdown voltage, and a conductive polymer capacitor produced by the method are provided. The method includes (1) a step of impregnating a conductive polymer dispersion / solution (A), and (2) a step of in situ polymerization of a conductive polymer monomer after the step (1).
