titleOfInvention | Water-repellent film and method for producing the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a super water-repellent film comprising a polymer having a surface fine structure (concavo-convex structure), in particular, a super water-repellent film by a simple and normal temperature process utilizing a phase separation phenomenon of a polymer caused by a polymerization reaction by irradiation with energy rays. A method for producing a film and a super water-repellent film produced by the production method are provided. A polymerizable compound (A) that can be polymerized by irradiation with energy rays is compatible with the polymerizable compound (A), but a polymer polymer (P A ) of the polymerizable compound (A) is compatible with the polymerizable compound (A). Forming a layer of the film-forming composition (X), a step of producing a film-forming composition (X) mixed with a compound (B) that is incompatible and inactive to energy rays A step of polymerizing the polymerizable compound (A) in the film-forming composition (X) by irradiation with energy rays and then removing the compound (B), wherein the compound (B) is in a liquid state Or the manufacturing method of the super water-repellent film which is a solid and is a compound whose saturated vapor pressure in 25 degreeC is 400 Pa or less.
